Pizza Wisdom is a mobile catering company, who specialise in tasty wood-fired-oven vegetarian and vegan pizzas, small sides and healthy soft drinks. Our bright pizza van is based in the vibrant city of Bristol UK and thanks to our mobility we travel to a number of locations countrywide for events, festivals and parties to deliver people with the best tasting pizza money can buy. You can find us at markets, brewery's, sports grounds, private parties, weddings, kids pizza making parties and more!
Pizza Wisdom is more than your average food vender, serving up new and inventive Pizzas with the freshest of ingredients, created and served by experienced chefs and served with a side of wisdom, you’ll walk away not only full of delicious pizza, but full of knowledge too. Pizza Wisdom is unique, we provide our customers with a lot more than just great food, we provide them with factual information on food related topics such as medicinal health properties, historical facts, stories, folk lore and journeys on all kinds of edible plants that will be shared through the biodegradable stickers on our pizza box’s. Being an ethical and environmental directed business, you can feel confident and comfortable when buying our products. Locally sourced produce supports our community, while allowing us to oversee the quality of our produce.
History
Pizza Wisdoms history is young, starting in the summer of 2023 the idea was born and a wood-fired flame was lit. The pizza van was bought, re-designed, built and launched by a couple who share a great passion in eating and creating flavour intensive foods from all over the world! With many similar intrests it was a match made in pizza heaven. Nick and Tiegan also share a strong sense of community and care passionately about bringing people together through the love of good food! As a former Chefs they have honed their skills in the kitchen and developed a deep appreciation for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients along with occasionally sustainably foraging their own. Their inspiration comes from their travels and the natural world, their combined fascination for plants, along with Nicks wildlife conservation background and Tiegan's natural talent for art brings colour and diversity to their pizzas whilst bringing a sustainable ethos behind the company. Caring deeply about the environment led them to become vegetarians themselves, so they are especially excited to offer pizzas that push veg to their full potential and where flavour is never sacrificed or forgotten. Putting wild and seasonal veg at the forefront of their menus. Eager to share their vision for Pizza Wisdom they bring their own brand of culinary wisdom to the table!
